Born on 30th November Blood type A

From Iwaki city, Fukushima prefecture.
Moved to Tokyo and started a career as a cook after graduating from high school.
Moved to France in 2006 after working in Mikuni Marunouchi and Hayama hotel Otowanomori.
Learned Provence regional cuisine from chef Reine Sammut at "Auberge La Feniere (Michelin 1 star)" in Lourmarin in Southern France.
Served as a chef at the bistro "Coeur de Ferme" annexed to it.
Became a head chef at Hayama hotel Otowanomori in January 2008 after returning to Japan.
Opened a French restaurant "Chez Kentaro " in August 2009 at Ofuna, Kamakura city.
Relocated to Kitakamakura in December 2017.
Has been working since then.
